What is the study about?

This study is testing the usability of a sleep diary mobile app and examining the sleep biology underlying nightmares and distressing dreams using a multi-modal approach. Participants and their available bed partners will initially fill out a sleep diary mobile app and wear a motion-sensing wristband device for 3 weeks. Eligible participants will move onto part 2 of the study and wear an at-home EEG monitor while continuing to wear their wristband device and fill out the sleep diary mobile app. This study is currently enrolling.

Compensation for completing the study is $354 for the participant and $129 for bed partner.
